About This Role
- Serve as the primary technical advisor and strategic partner for clients using Broadridge trading platforms, managing long-term client relationships.
- Drive client onboarding, adoption, optimization, and sustained business value realization of platform capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to address technical challenges, deliver training, and advocate for client needs internally to improve product and service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in the institutional brokerage ecosystem with hands-on support for trading applications.
- Good understanding of Indian financial markets (NSE/BSE), regulatory environment, and end-to-end trade lifecycle.
- Familiarity with trading platforms, Order Management Systems (OMS), Execution Management Systems (EMS), and institutional order-management workflows.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to interact effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with stockbrokers, institutional trading desks, trading technology providers, fintech, or capital markets firms focused on Indian equities and derivatives.
- Ability to manage fast-paced, time-sensitive trading environments with effective prioritization and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with FIX connectivity, electronic trading workflows, and use of AI/productivity tools for operational improvements.
