Work Experience Required: Solid and relevant experience in senior technology and change roles within financial services or insurance, including regulatory environments related to life and pensions.
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post-graduate, preferably in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering or related discipline.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and IT service management (e.g., ITIL3/4) is expected.
Experienced leader with a track record of managing cloud-based enterprise data platforms and delivering data & MI systems on cloud, especially within regulated financial services.
Demonstrates strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology functions and can lead prioritization of development within complex matrix organizations.
Has technical leadership capabilities combined with excellent communication skills and commercial acumen to influence senior management and drive platform growth and service improvements.
