About This Role
- Develop and maintain embedded firmware in C/C++ for timing-critical, resource-constrained systems including testing and evaluation using lab equipment.
- Analyze requirements, create functional specs, perform impact analysis, and balance new product development with existing product sustenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct design/code reviews to ensure firmware quality and interoperability.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-7 years of experience in embedded firmware development.
- Strong programming skills in Embedded C and knowledge of C++.
- Experience with Cortex M4 or equivalent microcontrollers and interfacing protocols (USB, UART, SPI, I2C, Timers, PWM, WDT, CAN).
- Education: B.E./B. Tech/M.E./M. Tech/M.S. in Electronics or equivalent relevant work experience.

- Experienced in timing-critical, interrupt-based embedded design with performance optimization skills.
- Comfortable working in startup or high-paced environments with innovation-driven tasks.
- Proficient in embedded debugging, performance analysis, and following engineering processes like SCRUM and version control.
