About This Role
- Design, develop, and deliver technical and product training programs for dealership network and internal teams focused on commercial EV 3 Wheelers and Heavy commercial vehicles.
- Conduct hands-on training on EV architecture, high-voltage systems, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and safety protocols for dealer technicians and sales staff.
- Create and update training content, monitor dealer training KPIs, certify dealer staff, and provide technical support for complex EV issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- 3 to 6 years experience as a Technical Trainer in Automobile OEM or Tier-1 supplier.
- Minimum 2 years of dedicated experience in Electric Vehicle systems, preferably commercial vehicles (buses, trucks, LCVs).
- Location: Bengaluru, India.

- Experienced technical trainer who can bridge advanced EV engineering and practical dealership applications for commercial EV vehicles.
- Capable of translating complex technical specifications into actionable sales and service training modules.
- Comfortable working closely with R&D and engineering teams to update training material ahead of vehicle launches and software updates.
