About This Role
- Configure, maintain, and enhance UKG Dimensions and Pro Workforce Management modules including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, and Device Management.
- Develop, support, and troubleshoot UKG integrations with enterprise systems using Dell Boomi, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and technical teams to deliver workforce management solutions and support UKG/Kronos devices.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in UKG/Kronos Workforce Management implementations and support.
- Strong expertise in UKG Dimensions and Pro WFM modules including Timekeeping, GTO, Scheduling, Accruals, Attestation, Activities, and Device Management.
- Experience developing and supporting integrations using Dell Boomi, and proficient in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in UKG/Kronos WFM domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum environments with ability to handle end-to-end UKG WFM solutions delivery and support.
- Skilled in multi-team collaboration involving HR, Payroll, and technical stakeholders in enterprise settings.
- Familiarity with workforce compliance, labor regulations, and large-scale enterprise workforce management systems.
