About This Role
- Develop and implement analytical and automated solutions to support banking operations and key business objectives within COO (Chief Operating Office).
- Manage data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting, including creating dashboards and performance metrics for various stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to digitize data collection and improve operational processes through automation and process optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Reporting & Automation, Data/Information Management Analyst roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, SAS, PySpark, Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience with banking operations analytics such as expense analytics, cash flow management, or fraud analytics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and deploying scalable analytics frameworks integrating data strategy, process optimization, and visualization.
- Proven ability to develop and automate routine business processes using scripting (e.g., Python) and automation tools.
- Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and regulatory requirements linked to data privacy and security in financial services.
