About This Role
- Design, build, test, and maintain production-grade Python automations across web, Citrix, API-driven, and document workflows.
- Develop agentic automations combining LLMs with UI controls to handle complex, unstructured tasks beyond traditional RPA.
- Package and deploy automations using Docker on Azure, integrating logging, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience building and running production automations or software with Python as the core technology.
- Strong Python skills including OOP, APIs, modular code, testing, HTTP, and data parsing.
- Hands-on experience with RPA delivery using Python, web automation (Playwright or Selenium), Citrix automation, OCR, REST API integration, and advanced SQL Server querying.
- Experience with Azure cloud services (Service Bus, Key Vault, Function Apps, Application Insights), Docker containerization, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in advanced RPA combining automation with AI technologies such as LLMs and Computer Use Agent techniques.
- Able to handle unattended automation workflows with proper security (secrets, MFA), scheduling, and error recovery.
- Familiarity with healthcare domain or regulated data environments, and skilled at integrating document processing with OCR and AI-enhanced extraction.
