About This Role
- Own end-to-end specification quality and AI-assisted implementation of complex features for scalable SaaS products.
- Lead AI-assisted development practices including code review, spec templates, prompt patterns, and validation workflows.
- Mentor engineers on AI tool usage, code review, spec writing, and lead technical decisions within the pod's domain.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience designing and implementing scalable SaaS software.
- Proficiency in Java, JSP, Node.js, HTML5, CSS/Sass, Angular, React, TypeScript/JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL databases.
- Demonstrated experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Windsurf).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with AI-assisted, spec-driven software development and autonomous AI task delegation.
- Comfortable working closely with Technical PMs and cross-functional teams in a collaborative pod environment.
- Proven ability to lead and improve development workflows and drive adoption of new AI-assisted tools and practices.
