About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation and support covering Finance and/or Supply Chain modules.
- Manage and coordinate onsite and offshore teams (3-10 members) including technical and functional guidance.
- Engage with business stakeholders for requirements gathering, solution design, project governance, and issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-15 years of experience with strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Proven experience in Finance and/or Supply Chain domain modules within Oracle ERP.
- Ability to manage teams of 3-10 consultants/developers and lead ERP projects independently.
- Location: Gurugram, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in business process analysis and stakeholder management for ERP solutions in Finance or SCM domains.
- Proven track record in handling solution design, documentation, integrations, and data migration within Oracle ERP landscape.
- Experienced in managing multi-location teams and driving complex ERP delivery and support projects with strategic recommendations.
