About This Role
- Lead and drive software design, optimization, and implementation for projects/accounts to accelerate customer outcomes.
- Support presales activities translating business requirements into solution designs and participate in Statement of Work scoping and creation.
- Act as focal point for problem resolution, provide customer support including development, integration, service assurance of Cisco technologies, and mentor junior engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years professional experience in software development or technical consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech/BSC Computer Science or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Python programming, data structures & algorithms, database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL/noSQL), API design (RESTful), Kafka, and Golang.
- Experience with software design principles, version control, Linux troubleshooting, software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, microservices, containers/K8s, cloud, and exposure to Generative AI and LLM-based application development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Candidate capable of leading customer and internal stakeholder interactions in a consultative manner and guiding junior team members.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Background or knowledge preferably including network fundamentals, service architecture, SRE/DevOps/SecOps, NETCONF/RESTCONF, and serverless workflows.
