About This Role
- Own and complete end-to-end performance testing projects including requirements gathering, test design, script development, execution, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop and enhance performance testing scripts using advanced JMeter skills and related scripting languages (Groovy/JSR223/JavaScript).
- Monitor application performance and build dashboards using AppDynamics, Grafana, Kibana, and AWS Cloudwatch.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in performance testing.
- Mandatory skills: Advanced JMeter (Groovy/JSR223/Web HTTP/Selenium Web Driver), load runner, SQL programming, plus Java or Python or similar programming language.
- Experience with performance monitoring tools (AppDynamics, Grafana, Kibana), and AWS Cloudwatch.
- Experience in client-side performance testing using Lighthouse or Sitespeed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong hands-on experience managing full lifecycle of performance testing projects with ownership mindset.
- Comfortable adapting to evolving tools and technologies in performance testing and monitoring.
- Experience in performance engineering and creating custom scripts or in-house tools for performance testing enhancements.
