About This Role
- Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications ensuring performance and security.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor a team of software engineers while driving architectural decisions for front-end and back-end development.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive software development experience with significant full-stack focus.
- Proven experience in a technical leadership or lead engineer role involving mentoring and guidance of junior developers.
- Expertise in front-end (React, Angular, Vue.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3) and back-end technologies (C#, Java, Python, Node.js) with database and cloud platform experience.
