About This Role
- Lead design and maintenance of reusable Terraform modules for AWS and Azure infrastructure patterns including networking, compute, Kubernetes, databases, IAM, and storage.
- Own and deliver end-to-end automated CI/CD provisioning pipelines embedding security controls and ISO 27001 compliance to ensure secure, audit-ready infrastructure deployments.
- Mentor and expand the infrastructure engineering team, establish best practices, lead sprint planning, and oversee infrastructure operational excellence in a hands-on player-coach role based in Kochi office.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-11 years of hands-on experience in Systems, Cloud, and Infrastructure Engineering including at least 2 years in leadership or architecting multi-cloud foundations.
- Strong expertise in Terraform with modular design, AWS (VPC, IAM, EKS, RDS), Microsoft Azure (VNets, AKS, Management Groups), CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), policy-as-code and security scanning tools (tfsec, Checkov, OPA, Sentinel).
- Familiarity with ISO 27001:2022 Annex A compliance and secrets management (Vault/Key Vault).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent practical experience. Work Location: Kochi, Kerala (Work from office).

- Experienced in building and scaling infrastructure teams and processes in a highly evolving, greenfield cloud infrastructure environment.
- Strong hands-on architect with deep multi-cloud infrastructure, security compliance, and CI/CD expertise capable of mentoring engineers and enforcing cloud governance standards.
- Effective cross-functional communicator able to translate complex cloud and security concepts to diverse stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones.
