About This Role
- Lead design, development, and execution of automated test frameworks and test suites for software products using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit, Jasmine, and JMeter.
- Manage test planning, automation, defect lifecycle, and integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure software quality, functionality, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review requirements, define quality assurance strategies, and provide feedback to improve software design and testing processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 or more years of work experience in software testing, test automation, or quality assurance.
- Practical experience with automated testing frameworks for Java and JavaScript, including Cucumber for end-to-end testing and JMeter/BlazeMeter for performance testing.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Gitlab, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Artifactory, and SonarQube.
- Experience or knowledge of microservice architecture, REST API testing, Agile Test Matrix or similar test management, and Azure PaaS services.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level software test automation engineer with 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably 10-12+ years, with significant exposure to large-scale automated test frameworks and CI/CD integration.
- Experienced in testing distributed systems and microservices, with a strong understanding of modern architectures and quality assurance strategies.
- Candidate with aerospace, aviation, or MRO domain experience or familiarity with Microsoft Azure, DevOps practices, and relevant tools and messaging technologies.
