About This Role
- Lead cross-functional Agile software engineering team to deliver scalable, secure full stack solutions in financial technology domain.
- Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, and deployment ensuring high quality and automation.
- Provide technical leadership, manage code reviews, optimize system performance, and drive UI/UX improvements to enhance user experience.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8-10 years work experience in full stack software development lifecycle including frontend, backend, and UI/UX engineering.
- 3-5 years experience leading projects and mentoring/coaching software engineers.
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages; familiarity with Agile, DevOps, Java, JavaScript, Angular, and Microsoft Azure technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing medium-sized engineering teams (~6-10 direct reports) within Agile environments.
- Strong domain knowledge of financial technology and payments systems with ability to align technical solutions to business goals.
- Skilled in balancing technical leadership and team development while maintaining high delivery standards and fostering collaboration across stakeholders.
