About This Role
- Develop and maintain Windows desktop applications using C++, MFC, and STL focusing on performance and responsiveness via multithreading.
- Integrate software components using COM, and debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for scalability and reliability.
- Participate in Agile development processes, code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of software development experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Telecommunication, Electrical, Instrumentation or related engineering discipline.
- Strong proficiency in C++ with hands-on experience in MFC and multithreading techniques.
- Experience with COM-based development, STL, debugging tools, version control (Git/SVN), and Agile development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Windows desktop application development with C++ and MFC in a multi-threaded environment.
- Competent in component integration using COM with strong ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and collaborative development workflows involving cross-functional teams.
