About This Role
- Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce Marketing Cloud components including email campaigns, SMS, push notifications, and Journey Builder workflows.
- Validate data accuracy and consistency across campaigns by testing Data Extensions, audience segmentation, personalization attributes, and SQL outputs.
- Create and manage test documentation, identify and track defects, and conduct functional, regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality releases.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing including Functional Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, software testing life cycles (STLC), and quality assurance best practices.
- Preferred certifications include ISTQB Advanced Test Analyst and Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant (not mandatory).

- Comfortable working in multi-cloud Salesforce environments and handling end-to-end quality assurance from planning through deployment.
