About This Role
- Own and drive the technical product vision, platform architecture, and technology strategy for a cloud-native Observability and Operational Intelligence Platform.
- Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable, resilient, and highly available enterprise solutions including backend services, APIs, telemetry pipelines, and frontend user experiences using React and TypeScript.
- Define platform standards, evaluate emerging technologies, drive innovation in Monitoring, Observability, AIOps and Operational Analytics, and mentor engineering teams to establish excellence in reliability, performance, security, and scalability.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack development expertise.
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS for frontend and backend experience with .NET, Java, Node.js, or Python.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud-native architectures, microservices, distributed systems, and telemetry processing pipelines.
- Strong familiarity with Azure (preferred), AWS or GCP, Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and modern platform engineering practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of owning technical product direction and platform architecture for enterprise-scale software platforms, preferably in Observability, AIOps, or Operational Intelligence domains.
- Experience building and scaling intelligent platforms combining telemetry, AI/ML, automation, and operational workflows at scale.
- Strong product mindset focused on innovation, customer value, and engineering excellence with deep knowledge of observability concepts and tools (e.g. Datadog, New Relic, OpenTelemetry).
