SAP HCM Certification preferred; Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with other modules like FI/CO, MM is advantageous but not mandatory.
Experienced SAP HCM consultant with a strong understanding of HR processes and policies, capable of managing multiple priorities in a team-oriented environment.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementation projects including design, configuration, training, and support phases.
Candidate with exposure to SAP upgrades, payroll localization, and integration with other SAP modules to deliver comprehensive HR solutions.
