About This Role
- Own product priorities, roadmap decisions, and feature planning for SaaS applications.
- Lead and manage engineering teams including team structure, engineer assignments, and delivery execution to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
- Directly engage with software architecture, personally test and troubleshoot product issues, and manage Jira workflows to improve development and release processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or closely related technical field.
- Must have started career as a software engineer/developer with proven software development and technical problem-solving skills.
- Experience progressing from hands-on software engineering to engineering or team leadership.
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture, development, testing, deployment, and ability to manage Jira independently.

- Demonstrated ability to translate product priorities into detailed development plans and effectively manage cross-functional technical teams.
