About This Role
- Drive execution of high-stakes, cross-functional technical programs ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and risk mitigation.
- Manage end-to-end program delivery including budgeting, financial forecasting, vendor/contract management, and cost optimization.
- Lead stakeholder communications, process improvements, and performance measurement using data-driven OKRs and project metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional, global operational or program leadership roles.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheets) and advanced spreadsheet skills.
- Experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and managing vendor relationships.
- Location: Bengaluru (Remote) with 4-5 times yearly travel for key meetings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in aligning technical programs with strategic OKRs and delivering end-to-end programs from concept to market.
- Technically conversant with cloud technologies (Azure, Google) and able to understand complex technical and product concepts.
- Skilled in performance measurement, data synthesis, and creating dashboards for reporting to senior leadership.
