About This Role
- Lead evaluation and redesign of operational processes within GPT and R&D Operational Excellence to improve efficiency using Lean-based frameworks.
- Translate business needs into scalable digital solutions including automations, dashboards, and prototypes by collaborating with Data, Digital & Technology teams and business stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement with post-implementation assessments, stakeholder engagement in governance, and build internal capability for process design and adoption.
Minimum Requirements

- 4-6+ years experience in process design, business operations, data/analytics or digital transformation.
- Strong hands-on expertise with operational excellence methodologies (e.g., value-stream mapping, Kaizen events) and end-to-end process redesign in matrixed organizations.
