About This Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion application projects including implementations, upgrades, integrations, cloud transformations, and support.
- Own project delivery aspects such as scope, timelines, budgets, risk management, governance, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration and business transformation initiatives ensuring adoption and business readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in Oracle ERP transformation and application project delivery.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, MCA, or related discipline.
- Proven expertise in managing complex cross-functional teams, multiple workstreams, vendors, and stakeholder groups.
- Location requirement: Udyog Vihar Phase II, Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling Oracle EBS (R12 / R12.2) and Fusion Cloud ERP programs covering Financials, SCM, HCM, Projects modules.
- Skilled at end-to-end project governance, including status reporting, RAID management, and executive communications.
- Capable of managing cloud transformation, data migration, enterprise integration (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs), and geographically distributed teams.
