About This Role
- Design and implement IAM and security solutions to govern AI agent access, non-human identities, and automated systems across enterprise infrastructure.
- Partner with security and InfoSec teams to evaluate, deploy, and maintain AI-aware access controls including runtime authorization and credential-less authentication models.
- Support discovery, risk assessment, and remediation for AI-related security issues, including incident response and governance compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in IAM with hands-on experience in IGA platforms like Saviynt, SailPoint, or Oracle Identity Manager.
- Working knowledge of AI agent/non-human identity governance, credential lifecycle, runtime authorization, and AI compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols, federated identity, credential-less architectures, and workload identity models.
- Location requirement: India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced IAM engineer comfortable operating at intersection of traditional IAM and AI/agentic system security needs.
- Skilled at translating business intent of AI adoption into scalable IAM security architecture and controls.
- Collaborates effectively with InfoSec, AI security teams, and business stakeholders to implement advanced governance and risk mitigation.
