About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of data pipelines, integrations, and platforms supporting Pharma Commercial functions including Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Patient Services.
- Manage commercial data ingestion from multiple third-party sources and oversee sprint planning, release cycles, and production go-lives with data engineering and business teams.
- Define and monitor data quality KPIs, manage vendor relationships, lead cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in data processes and governance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or related field.
- 7+ years in data management/delivery with at least 3 years in pharma/biotech/life sciences commercial data.
- Proficiency in SQL, ETL/data pipeline tools, and cloud data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift).
- Experience with commercial data platforms like Veeva CRM, Salesforce, MDM tools, and managing third-party data vendors such as IQVIA and Symphony Health.

- Experienced in managing data delivery programs in regulated, matrixed pharma commercial environments with strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Broad domain knowledge across multiple pharma commercial functions and expertise in technical data architecture and integration.
- Ability to translate complex commercial requirements into technical solutions while ensuring compliance with healthcare data privacy and governance standards.
