About This Role
- Facilitate and enforce Scrum framework practices including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach and support development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Agile best practices to deliver high-quality software efficiently.
- Manage project delivery by removing impediments, tracking Agile metrics, coordinating releases, and collaborating with cross-functional leads.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing software engineering or technology projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in product-based technology organizations managing multiple engineering team projects.
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects involving multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Comfortable coordinating software releases and managing technical dependencies, risks, and delivery trade-offs.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies in product-based, enterprise, SaaS, or data-intensive technology environments.
