About This Role
- Develop, enhance, and maintain software applications with mandatory extensive use of AI throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools and practices to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency, including AI-enabled testing and debugging.
- Collaborate globally with manufacturing logistics teams and IT stakeholders to translate operational needs into actionable backlogs and support complex incident resolution to ensure production availability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or Master of Computer Applications.
- 3 to 5 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in Angular, .NET Web API, Node.js, SQL Server programming with Entity Framework, and AI-assisted coding/testing.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git, Azure DevOps), containerized environments, AWS RDS, and knowledge of AI/ML integration concepts.

- Candidate with strong hands-on expertise using AI-assisted software development tools and AI/ML concepts applied in enterprise environments.
- Experienced in full SDLC ownership including coding, testing, debugging, and documentation with emphasis on quality and compliance standards.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional global teams, driving incident resolution, continuous improvement, and integrating AI innovations for productivity and business process improvements.
