About This Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) operations for US clients including General Ledger accounting, journal entries, and financial close processes.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and SOX, and oversee timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Drive process improvements, standardization, automation, and manage client relationships, escalations, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: CA or CPA mandatory.
- Work Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Reporting, preferably with US clients.
- Domain Experience: Familiarity with US GAAP and SOX control frameworks required.
- Location Requirement: Mumbai based as per job location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in Renewables, Finance outsourcing, BPO, KPO, or Shared Services environment with US clients preferred.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing R2R teams with end-to-end process ownership.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional collaboration (AP, AR, FP&A, tax, audit) and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
