Experience in Renewables, Finance outsourcing, BPO, KPO, or Shared Services environment with US clients preferred.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing R2R teams with end-to-end process ownership.
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional collaboration (AP, AR, FP&A, tax, audit) and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
