About This Role
- Own and manage end-to-end delivery of assigned technology product streams, ensuring timely milestones, quality standards, and agile execution.
- Engage with operational-level end users, functional leads, and vendors to gather requirements, validate solutions, and maintain stakeholder alignment.
- Support and enable the Technology Product Delivery Team through feedback, removing blockers, overseeing UAT, and driving continuous delivery improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience managing technology products or solutions and leading technology projects.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Technology Management, Computer Science, IT, or related business field.
- Strong proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies, backlog management, and technology product development lifecycle.
- English fluency required; Cantonese and Mandarin are required; PMP or Prince 2 certification is a plus.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in independently managing product deliveries within agile frameworks in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Technically literate with strong analytical skills and research capabilities to drive R&D and product innovation.
- Familiar with aviation MRO industry or complex technology product environments, capable of global product release compliance and stakeholder collaboration.
