SAP Certifications in SAP HCM/S4 HANA and experience with ABAP (Tables, IDOCs, Batch Jobs, BI/BW reports) preferred; domain experience in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing beneficial.
Experienced in delivering comprehensive SAP HCM solutions including configuration, master data setup, and integration with Project Systems in Oil & Gas or related industries.
Proficient in translating complex business requirements into technical SAP solutions and capable of leading design workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
Operational focus on supporting end-to-end SAP lifecycle from design to go-live, including issue resolution in managed service environments and ensuring robust documentation and compliance.
