Solid understanding of the end-to-end mortgage lending business lifecycle including origination, servicing, and closure.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, able to collaborate across distributed, multinational teams.
Experienced in mortgage lending domain with ability to create realistic, business-relevant test scenarios.
Comfortable working within distributed Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating across geographies and time zones.
Familiar with test management and automation tools, preferably Tricentis Test and Tosca, and ideally holds ISTQB or equivalent testing certifications.
