About This Role
- Maintain and improve existing medical software products and develop new medical software solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and debug Windows desktop applications with hardware integration using C++ and Windows libraries.
- Participate in all product development phases including requirements gathering, system design, coding, testing, deployment, and support with Agile methodologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- 8 to 12 years of total work experience, with minimum 6 years specifically in desktop software development.
- Proficient in designing and developing Windows desktop applications using C++, Windows libraries, and Embarcadero C++ Builder with hardware integration.
- Experience working in the medical device or other regulated industry.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in GUI application design and development and familiar with application and object-oriented design patterns.
- Skilled in networking communication protocols, security, and risk analysis within software development.
- Comfortable working in Agile development environments and managing both individual and coordinated team tasks.
