About This Role
- Develop, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled tools, environments, and workflows for HSV Software engineering teams focused on Cadence Palladium emulation and Protium prototyping platforms.
- Integrate AI capabilities into engineering workflows including development, debugging, knowledge discovery, and automation to improve productivity and usability.
- Build and support internal utilities, automation scripts, AI evaluation systems, and enforce guardrails and monitoring for AI-assisted workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of software development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and experience with Unix/Linux environments.
- Understanding of LLM concepts, AI agents, prompt engineering, tool calling, and RAG-based workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience developing internal tools, automation, or engineering productivity solutions with AI integration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and support engineering users in a fast-paced, global team environment.
- Familiarity with AI evaluation metrics, orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain), and integration with CI/CD or enterprise platforms is a plus.
