About This Role
- Lead design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITAM modules, including HAM and SAM, across global locations.
- Develop, customize, and integrate ServiceNow solutions using scripting languages and platform configurations based on business needs.
- Perform integration and component testing to ensure quality delivery and troubleshoot technical issues on the ServiceNow platform.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, ITSM, and Integrations.
- Mandatory ServiceNow SPM certification.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years in relevant ServiceNow roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in global delivery environments with ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder expectations.
- Strong technical background with hands-on scripting skills (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, AngularJS).
- Proven ability to align business requirements with standardized ServiceNow solutions and best practices.
