About This Role

Lead development and maintenance of AS400 applications using COBOL, CL, and DB2 technologies.

Participate in design and development of new product features with a focus on financial applications such as Loan, Credit Card, Mortgage, or Retail Banking.

Mentor junior team members and support Agile development practices.

Minimum Requirements

4 to 6 years of experience in AS400 development environment with strong skills in COBOL, CL, and DB2.

Proficiency in RPG development including RPG, RPG III, RPGLE, Embedded SQL, and Free Format RPGLE.

Strong knowledge of OS400 operating system, CL job control language, and job scheduling.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in financial domain applications involving Loan, Credit Card, Mortgage, or Retail Banking products.

Demonstrates capability to lead module development and mentor junior developers.

Comfortable working in Agile environments and supporting legacy systems requiring maintenance and enhancement.
