Minimum Requirements
At least 5 years hands-on experience in Pega application development; up to 8 years in Java backend and microservices.
Proficiency with Pega PRPC version 8+, including Case Management, File Listener, Job Scheduler, Activities, Data Transforms, Flows, UI Rules.
Experience in database management with PL-SQL and Pega interfaces/connectors (SOAP, REST, MQ).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related; Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) valid for 4+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full Pega PRPC implementation cycles including enterprise Class Structure and Rulesets design.
Strong grasp of Pega security configuration and external authentication mechanisms.
Knowledge of healthcare domain and Agile methodologies certification preferred but not mandatory.
