Experience on large multi-track programs including organizational change management (2–5 years).
Experience leveraging AI in workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving; prior ServiceNow platform exposure is a strong plus but not mandatory.
Experienced in managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise IT/HR/GBS transformations with exposure to digital transformation design, implementation, and management.
Comfortable engaging at executive (CxO) level, able to build trusted relationships and translate technical platforms into business value.
Experienced in collaborating with Big 4 or large Systems Integrators in delivery contexts and adept at coordinating across diverse teams and program tracks.
