Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, distributed tracing, telemetry pipelines, and enterprise-scale observability.
Knowledge of integrating observability platforms with automation, incident management (e.g. ServiceNow), AI/ML operational intelligence (e.g., AIOps), and modernization or cloud transformation projects.
