About This Role
- Manage and consolidate vendor data inventory, including creation and enrichment of vendor profiles.
- Configure and support workflows and processes in ProcessUnity platform, including vendor due diligence questionnaire management.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve the Vendor Risk Management program operationally.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 1 year in-office work experience required; 3 years preferred.
- Experience with data management and vendor risk processes or related functions preferred but not mandatory.
- Work shift must align with 2:30 PM to 11 PM IST schedule in Pune, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or interest in Vendor Risk Management, third-party risk, or governance programs within financial services or similar domains.
- Familiarity with low code SaaS tools and enterprise platforms such as ProcessUnity, ServiceNow, or Workday.
- Comfortable working with data workflows, system configuration, and operational process improvements in a vendor risk context.
