Strong knowledge of payroll accounting, workforce costing, manpower billing models, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity).
Location Requirement: On-site in Gurugram.
Experienced with payroll operations in facility management, security services, staffing, or related workforce management domains.
Proficient with advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Financial Modeling), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Workday), and data visualization tools like Power BI.
Capable of partnering across Operations, HR, Payroll, Commercial, and Finance teams to drive payroll cost efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and contract profitability.
