Proven track record in commercial or corporate facility technical management with strong floor management skills.
Strong operational focus on maintaining uptime, energy efficiency, preventive maintenance, and rapid breakdown response.
Experience in vendor coordination, compliance audits, and usage of CMMS and building management software tools.
