Technical Lead: Benchmarking and Performance

Lead and mentor a team of benchmarking analysts, database managers, and data visualization specialists to execute benchmarking studies across upstream, downstream, midstream, and chemicals sectors.

Oversee database management including integration of internal and external data sources, APIs, and pipelines to ensure robust and accurate benchmarking data.

Collaborate with senior leaders and external partners to deliver competitiveness reports and provide insights for enterprise-level strategic decision-making.

15-20 years experience in oil and gas industry with focus on performance benchmarking, operations, data management, or strategic consulting.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.

Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational and non-relational database platforms.

Work location: Bengaluru, India; not open to candidates requiring visa sponsorship.

Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and complex data engineering projects within the energy sector.

Deep knowledge of benchmarking frameworks and performance measurement methodologies applicable to oil and gas business units.

Strong stakeholder management skills demonstrated by work with senior leadership and external benchmarking organizations.
