Strong SQL skills including joins, aggregations, window functions, and query performance debugging; experience with cloud data warehouses, preferably GCP BigQuery or similar.
Knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts and at least one transformation or workflow tool such as Dataform, dbt, Alteryx, SAS, or Dataflow.
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Business Analytics, or any quantitative field.
Experienced BI professional capable of independently managing complex Power BI projects involving multiple business domains in a cloud data environment.
Strong technical competencies in SQL, data modeling, and cloud data platforms with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and push back when necessary.
Familiarity or interest in emerging analytics technologies (Gen AI, Vertex AI, Power BI Copilot) and capability to mentor junior team members in BI development practices.
