BI Analyst

Own the end-to-end design, development, and support of Power BI dashboards and reporting for various business functions including Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Credit, Mobility, Connected Vehicle, and Warranty.

Build and maintain data models using star-schema standards in Google Cloud BigQuery, including writing SQL, implementing data pipelines via Dataform or similar, and setting up Power BI administration tasks like refresh schedules and row-level security.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear metric definitions and automated, reusable reporting solutions, also supporting junior analysts and integrating Gen AI tools for enhanced analytics.

3–7 years of hands-on BI/reporting experience with a focus on Power BI (Power Query, DAX, data modeling, and Power BI Service administration) or equivalent BI tools.

Strong SQL skills including joins, aggregations, window functions, and query performance debugging; experience with cloud data warehouses, preferably GCP BigQuery or similar.

Knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts and at least one transformation or workflow tool such as Dataform, dbt, Alteryx, SAS, or Dataflow.

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Business Analytics, or any quantitative field.

Experienced BI professional capable of independently managing complex Power BI projects involving multiple business domains in a cloud data environment.

Strong technical competencies in SQL, data modeling, and cloud data platforms with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and push back when necessary.

Familiarity or interest in emerging analytics technologies (Gen AI, Vertex AI, Power BI Copilot) and capability to mentor junior team members in BI development practices.
