Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
Experience managing a team of 30+ and working in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments; proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
Experienced leader capable of operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments involving internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Deep domain expertise across capital markets middle/back office client onboarding and data conversion for large-scale platform transformations.
Proven ability in strategic planning and execution of data conversions with accountability for quality, compliance, and vendor management.
