Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and Mutual Fund structures including standalone funds, master-feeder funds, and 40 Act funds.
Willingness to work in shifts overlapping US, APAC, and EMEA time zones to allow for training, practice, and feedback.
Experienced leader comfortable managing a complex global workflow with multiple internal and offshoring teams.
Strong technical expertise in mutual fund financial reporting and regulatory requirements with ability to drive process improvements and automation adoption.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high volume environment while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
