Build and maintain a high-performance internal messaging product centered on Apache Pulsar, including core messaging services and secure authentication/authorization.
Design and deliver C++-based services and shared libraries while ensuring performance, resilience, and clean interfaces across languages (C++, Java, Go, Node.js).
Automate deployment and operations using CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and collaborate with identity, infrastructure, and application teams to uphold service reliability and maintainability.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
3-5 years experience building backend/platform software with modern C++ (C++17 or above).
Experience with messaging/streaming systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ; Apache Pulsar experience strongly implied.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes; ability to support production issues timely.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building and operating core messaging platforms with strong understanding of concurrency, networking, memory, and performance.
Proficient in multi-language development and integration including C++, Java, Go, and Node.js, with ability to design cross-language APIs and SDKs.
Skilled in Linux development and operational workflows including builds, packaging, containerization, performance tuning, and secure deployment practices.
