About This Role
- Own financial planning for G&A headcount and operating expenses aligned with company strategy.
- Provide analysis, monthly performance tracking, and executive-level financial insights to senior leadership and CEO staff.
- Establish and standardize global OPEX and headcount reporting; build and lead a high-performing team of 2-3 analysts.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience in FP&A or related finance function.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong experience with G&A financial planning, including headcount and operating expense management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
