Proven ability to analyze processes, workflows, and complex data sets, and create detailed business requirements including epics, features, user stories, and use cases.
Working knowledge of Agile software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to influence decisions and resolve conflicts in a strategic manner.
Knowledge or experience in clinical trial systems/applications and regulatory environments such as GxP is preferred but not mandatory.
Familiarity with SaaS applications, system integrations, and tools like MS Visio, Balsamiq, Power BI, JIRA, and DevOps to create impactful product and data visualizations.
