3+ years hands-on experience administering and supporting Venafi Certificate Management Platform or similar solutions.
ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent experience in Incident, Change, Problem, and Release Management.
Strong technical expertise in SSL/TLS certificates, PKI, cryptography, and certificate governance in large-scale global enterprise environments.
Experience driving automation-first initiatives and platform modernization to improve operational efficiency and service reliability.
Ability to lead technical troubleshooting during major incidents and engage effectively with diverse technical teams and stakeholders.
