About This Role
- Lead and govern the APAC Technology Business Continuity Program including strategy development, continuity planning, disaster recovery testing, and operational resilience.
- Coordinate business impact analyses, risk assessments, and recovery planning for critical technology platforms, services, and third-party dependencies across APAC.
- Act as primary liaison between APAC regional technology teams and global BCM stakeholders, supporting crisis management, regulatory compliance, and executive reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years experience in Business Continuity Management, Disaster Recovery, Operational Resilience, Technology Risk, or Technology Operations with at least 3-5 years managing continuity programs in a technology environment.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Risk Management, Business Administration, or related discipline; Master's preferred.
- Familiarity with global technology BCM frameworks, regulatory requirements, and large-scale global technology environments.
- Preferred professional certifications include CBCP, MBCI, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer/Auditor, PMP, or ITIL, but not explicitly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing technology continuity and resilience programs within highly regulated, global organizations, preferably with financial services exposure.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT operations, and risk teams across multiple APAC countries and time zones.
- Strategic thinker capable of aligning regional BCM practices with global standards, managing regulatory audits, and driving continuous improvement in resilience readiness.
